A private charitable organization comprises individuals who are bound by a common goal. These empathetic individuals are genuinely dedicated to their selfless endeavors, providing help without expecting anything in return. Their mission is to create a world where nobody is left behind and to provide aid to those in need.
BARYA MO, BUHAY KO
Our goal is to offer extensive assistance to individuals with serious medical requirements, with a specific focus on dialysis patients. By enhancing their medical treatment, we aim to ease the financial and emotional challenges linked to chronic health conditions
This project was initiated by Rev. Marcelino Lim Jr. His inspiration stemmed from observing one of his church members undergoing dialysis treatment. Witnessing the high cost of this treatment, he felt compelled to provide assistance to other dialysis patients who lack the means to support their own treatment.
BENEFICIARY FOR FREE DIALYSIS TREATMENT:
- Proof of Financial Need: Documentation showing low income or financial hardship.
- Medical Documentation: Medical records confirming the need for dialysis treatment.
- Residency Proof: Proof of residence in the area where the program is offered.
- Referral: A referral or recommendation from a healthcare provider.
- Identification: Valid ID such as a driver’s license, or state ID.
- Application Form: Completed application form provided by the dialysis program or organization.

INAUGURATION AND NEW MEMBERS
The official launch of the Extending Life Foundation (ELF), a charitable organization dedicated to providing compassionate, selfless support to those in need. Held at Discovery Suites Manila, the event featured speeches from key figures such as Chairman Rev. Marcelino Lim Jr. and Secretary Mark Sherwin Cruz, who shared ELF's inspiring mission of "Life in Prayer and Deeds."
Highlights of the evening includes, the talk on practical coaching by Life Coach Cris Tan, health insights from Chef Mylene Dolonius, and a testimonial from the Philippine Society of Orphan Disorder. The keynote address was delivered by Dr. Sherry Mae S. Embay, followed by a ceremonial signing to mark the foundation’s future endeavors.
Led by a passionate team, including Vice Chairwoman Michelle Depillo, Treasurer Janet G. Carter, and with the guidance of their advicer , Ms. Ma. Cristina C. Siladan, ELF is committed to extending a hand to those in need,
